Commercial Director, responsible for implementing key commercial agreements (specifically the SHA and TTA), including shareholder relations & reporting, commercial operations, interface with Shippers/Upstream and economics. Guillaume is also the Compliance Officer for EACOP and custodian of the EACOP Code of Conduct.

Legal Director and Company Secretary, responsible for ensuring compliance with law and Company Agreements (SHA, TTA, HGAs), cross company legal advice including all Contracts, Land issues, Labour law and claims/litigations.

Uganda HR & Corporate Affairs Director, responsible for Human Resources (recruitment, training, compensation & benefits), office and general services, internal and external communications including diversity and inclusion.

Tanzania HR & Corporate Affairs Director, responsible for Human Resources (recruitment, training, compensation & benefits), office and general services, internal and external communications including diversity and inclusion.
