Construction Director, responsible for the delivery of the Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning of the Pipeline Project, along with all associated contracts including their HSE management, regulatory compliance, and associated budget.

Planning and Performance Director responsible for EACOP’s planning across all activities (integrating the land acquisition planning with the project planning), Internal Audit, custodianship of the EACOP Integrated Management System and the development of dashboards and KPIs to manage and follow the company’s performance

Chief Financial Officer, responsible for Finance and Information Systems & Technology. This includes managing funding from both equity and debt, Accounting, Treasury, Tax, Cost Control, Financial reporting to shareholders and Lenders, and coordination of the annual work program and budget together with the Planning and Performance Director
