EACOP PARTICIPATES IN THE GLOBAL HEALTH & SAFETY CONFERENCE

EACOP Limited participated in the Global Health & Safety Conference, held in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. The Conference was the second of its kind organised by the Tanzania Occupational Health & Safety Association (TOHASA) and organised under the theme – ‘Advancing Health & Safety in Tanzania: A collaborative approach to Safer Workplaces in Africa’.

As a sponsor of the event, EACOP played a key role in important discussions on workplace health and safety. Mrs. Wendy Brown, HSE Director & General Manager for Tanzania, contributed as a panelist in the discussion on Transforming Health and Safety in Africa – Opportunities & Challenges, sharing insights on shaping safer work environments across the continent.

Dr. Stacy Bridgewater, Health, Safety & Emergency Response Manager, delivered a keynote speech on Safety Innovation for High-Risk Industries, emphasizing the importance of continuous advancements in technology, process improvement, and workplace culture to ensure a safer future for all employees.

EACOP was honored to receive the Corporate Award for Health & Safety Leadership in recognition of its proactive leadership initiatives and commitment to achieving its Zero Harm objective. This award reflects the company’s dedication to implementing safety-driven programs and building a culture that prioritizes the well-being of all stakeholders.
